Communication officer
Location: Remotely
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Establish communication strategies that include campaign and event priorities.
- Prepare and implement communication and publishing plans an editorial calendars for each program.
- Establish and follow-up partnership outreach and joint campaigns.
- Coordinate and follow up with web developers and participate in designing and updating SFJN and Qalat websites
- Organise the internal communication
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Prepare and send monthly and seasonal newsletters
- Provide reports using Google Analytics statistics for the website as well as, regular reports from social media platform data (follows, likes, post sharing)
- Organise and coordinate physical (in-person) and online events and campaigns (according to plans and priorities).
Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in communication, advocacy and digital content management
- Expertise in managing social media accounts
- Expertise in content creation and management
- Advanced level of writing in Arabic and English
- General knowledge in design programs (Photoshop, mailchimp..)
- Time management skills
- Ability to work remotely with a diverse team
