Location: Remote
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies, prioritising advocacy campaigns and events.
- Create and implement communication and publishing plans and editorial calendars for each program.
- Establish and manage partnership outreach and collaborative campaigns.
- Coordinate with web developers, actively designing and updating SFJN and Qalat websites.
- Organise internal communications.
- Oversee Social Media account management.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and seasonal newsletters.
- Generate reports utilising Google Analytics statistics for the website and regular reports from social media platforms (followers, likes, post sharing).
- Organise and coordinate physical (in-person) and online events and campaigns based on plans and priorities.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, advocacy, and digital content management.
- Proficient in managing social media accounts.
- Expertise in content creation and management.
- Advanced proficiency in written Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of design programs (e.g., Photoshop, Mailchimp).
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work remotely within a diverse team.
