We are a group of Syrian feminist and women’s organizations, following with heavy hearts the humanitarian catastrophe that has befallen the Turkish and Syrian peoples, and the inability of all efforts to save human lives stuck in the rubble, or to help survivors under harsh climatic conditions, especially in the Syrian areas where emergency humanitarian response  has not yet reached, as the local rescue teams are still working at maximum capacity to save thousands of people stuck under the rubble of collapsed buildings.

We therefore appeal to you to urgently intervene immediately by sending medical and humanitarian assistance, rescue teams and equipment to the affected areas, through all border crossings without exception, and to overcome the complex procedures that prevent access and save more lives.

We are confident that you will not fail to provide all kinds of assistance in such catastrophic circumstances, which place saving human lives the responsibility of all humanity.
